總結:想吃米粿類但厭倦了蒸煮方式的食友,到附近值得一試的新店家;稍微有點油膩原本想給4星,但仍是相對比較新的店家所以給5星以表支持。 招牌米粿:煎米粿的爽脆口感與煎米粿香,淋上肉燥醬汁,加上帶有滿足感的荷包蛋,最後淋上偏甜的甜辣醬,整體的口感味道都很不錯;但煎米粿本身就稍微油膩,加上肉燥汁的油脂,如果可以再加上一些爽口的醃菜(例如醃黃瓜、醃蘿蔔等)更解膩。 燙青菜只有小白菜可以選擇,建議多備空心菜/蕃薯葉等有區別性的品項(原本的米粿裡就會放一些小白菜)。 辣醬可以更辣的話更好,希望貴店能一直精進,門庭若市~
