★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 好久没碰到亁淨，衛生的麵店了，麵體是老闆每天半手工擀的面，口感軟硬適中，份量夠多，而且附肉片、青菜，無肉臊，採用滷汁拌麵，整碗非常清爽。
魚餃也是自製， 內餡有非常獨特的調味與口感， 湯頭比較清淡就像自家熬煮的大骨湯一樣不加味素 ， 如果嫌湯淡的客人一定不知道其中原由。
所有的餐具都是瓷器， 這是非常難得。
滷味以菊花肉來講非常入味，整盤稱得上用心滷味， 不是隨便過個滷汁就好了，且老闆們服務都很親切，還讓我拍攝製麵的場地?
It’s been a long time since I came across a clean and hygienic noodle shop. The noodles are made by the boss every day. The noodles are soft and hard. The portion is large enough. It comes with slices of meat, vegetables, and no meat. The noodles are mixed with marinade. The bowl is very refreshing.
The fish dumplings are also homemade. The filling has a very unique flavor and taste. The soup is lighter, just like the big bone soup cooked in-house, without any flavor. If the soup is too weak, the customers will not know the reason.
All the tableware is porcelain, which is very rare.
The lo-mei is very tasty in terms of chrysanthemum meat, the whole dish can be called a heart-to-heart lo-mei, it’s not just a casual marinade, and the bosses are very kind, and let me shoot the noodle making venue?
