這間分店髮型師的技術參差不齊,「剪到一半向其他人求助」這可以理解,但結帳後踏出店門卻還是像被狗啃的一樣。結論:我還是去找調到金華店的髮型師好了。

購買Gomagi 帶長輩染白頭髮 說要染黑色$888 結果店員說黑色不自然 硬是用了一個咖啡色 染第一次吹整完頭髮了 白髮還是非常的明顯 完完全全沒有染過去 其他同事請那位設計師 又再去染第二次 一樣沒有染成功 明顯看見髮色會透光 白髮要透不透的 第二次還忘記擦頭皮隔離 就這樣讓長輩回家 上半截和下半截 完完全全不同的顏色 請註明:台南公園店 2022.6.9從14:30坐到了17:30 還沒有染成功

非常差的體驗,預約十點,我整整在外面等了十分鐘(外面下著雨看到我按開門也不理會)然後我使用夠麻吉,我要加購也是有溝通,一直不斷推銷更高消費,我甚至說再推銷下去,我任何一個加購我都不要了,一開始我不知道我不能指定設計師,我也說沒關係,那告訴我服務我的設計師是誰,我決定我要不要再加購! 我真覺得我當時應該選擇離開 做造型剪髮,上捲子,上藥水的時候,還因此整個藥劑從我頭上留下也用到眼睛整個口罩也都是藥水,當下我沒有聽到任何一個人跟我說抱歉,我只有看到設計師在罵助理……(這樣的領導者是不是有問題)我真的覺得我整個頭大部份都是助理在用冰封,染髮……已經不知道指定設計師的用意在哪 我也沒有體驗到頭皮檢測直到我結帳夠麻吉消費888額外又付費了3876,真心覺得沒有這個價值在,設計師自行幫我升級然後又改口說不能加購……不能加購那我額外付費的意思? 花錢找氣受 (下圖是3876的贈品) 這樣的店,我是不會再去第二次了……
