櫃檯叫人拿健保卡單子都那個那個叫，不會稱呼病人名字。
The doctor had a bad attitude. The doctor told me that it was your business. The whole process of seeing a doctor was very sloppy.
The counter asks people to take the health insurance card list, and they don't call the patient by name.
