★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's quite nice for a first timer. The porridge/congee is very sweet and tasty, the fish was good and fresh. We did find the price to be on the high side. The ladies were very helpful in our meal selection. There are plenty of seats in the store too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spacious eatery with high ceiling. It wasn’t crowded on Sunday morning. But almost all tables are filled. The fish belly tasted fresh and tender. The soupy porridge was fragrant with all the fish strips, oysters and parsley inside. Although the price is higher than many neighborhood stores, we still find it worthwhile to pay that NTD120 per bowl for the quality.

Milk fish is indegenous to southern Taiwan and the Philippines. However, I think this is the only area capable of cultivating farmed milk fish in quantity and quality. This place is literally my favorite place to get the milk fish belly. If you are interested in a tainan special, be sure to check in here ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I passed by this place one night in the mood for milkfish but once they are sold out they will close even before the official closing time. Luckily I went back again in the afternoon because it's a great place to go for fish. The milkfish skin, intestines, belly and fish rice was fresh with sweet flavor. The diner itself is very spacious with lots of natural lighting... Had the best vibe of any milkfish joint I've been too.
