剛睡醒，半夜時分台南街上許多店面都已經關閉。
還好，有像這家老伯為了我們的胃還是不辭辛勞開著。
點了一碗擔仔麵，說是擔仔麵其實也就是豆芽菜、肉燥跟黃麵混著。
但我就是喜歡這種單純樸實的口味，加上小菜海帶、油豆腐、豆皮、滷蛋滋味美好。
尤其是該家的豬腳才35元，這時機很少看到那麼便宜的豬腳了。
口味卻是很下足工夫，膠質與油脂交混者一入口就即化在口中，魯汁不死鹹，真的很美味!建議點兩份豬腳下肚。
