★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 素朴な味です。酸辣湯餃と燙青菜を頼みました。95元。全部食べ切りました。酸辣湯餃は酸っぱさがちょっと弱い感じ、燙青菜はニンニクと醤油味が良く絡んで美味しかったです。お客さんがヘルメット被ったまま来て、ケースのなかから食材を取り出し皿に乗せて、一言二言店のおばさんに言って走り去っていく。あとからおばさんが調理して持っていく。顔馴染みの食卓を支えている、そんな感じでした。また、別のお客さんが入って来て、麺を注文すると入り口に有る小さな機会に、予めねってあった塊をいれて、最初のローラーでペシャンコになり、次のローラーで細くカットされあっという間に製麺されるところが見えて面白いです。
