炭火で炙っているせいでしょうか、見た目を裏切る美味さ。
大腸、香腸セットでいただくのが基本みたいですね。
ちょっと小振りですが夜市で食べるものとは別物。
香腸はミンチではなくサイコロ状のバラ肉が入っています。良い噛みごたえと肉の旨みうまく閉じ込めていますね。
おでんも美味しいので一緒にどうぞ。
スープをサーブしていただきましたが、本来はセルフかもしれません。どうもおでんの出汁＝スープみたいです。
朝市の会場の一番端に位置する場所ですが夕方までしっかり営業されています。
ビールの提供もあるので空いてる時間帯であれば地元のおっちゃん達に混じってマッタリするのもいいかも。
英語、日本語全く通じませんがお姉さん店員さんは誠実に対応してくれて好印象。
支払いはオーダーが揃った時点で行います。
