湯頭不錯,但肉很鹹不夠軟嫰屬於QQ不軟的口感,不是我的菜,服務冷漠,反正也不會再去了。

天氣陰,突然想吃熱湯麵,於是進入這家牛肉麵店,店面風格日式文青,很一般般的入座填菜單,本人點了高鈣豬肉麵,男友則是紅燒牛肉麵,以及很多小菜.......。 隨後小菜登場,緊接著麵也上了,以餐點的數目來說,上菜速度有5顆星等級,入眼一桌的菜色,還沒開動就有滿足感了! 首先品嚐自己的豬肉麵湯頭:湯頭呈琥珀色,中藥香氣高雅淡泊,口感溫潤,喝的出來食材的真!是穠纖合度的口感,多一分會變藥膳,少一分會平凡的那種恰到好處,還有燉到軟嫩,連軟骨都可以用筷尖夾斷豬排骨(?) ,到這邊已是驚奇不已,隨後而來的,是拉麵的洗禮,到這裡,不禁沾沾自喜(暗爽麵條選拉麵).........嘴角剛上揚,就看到男友偷襲我的豬肉麵........ 為了補償,我品嚐他的紅燒牛肉麵.....的湯頭(那傢伙很護食).....意外的是,牛肉麵的湯頭香氣濃郁但清爽,沒看錯,就是清爽,好喝順口,喝的出來高湯處理依然著重食材本身,重點是:不像有的牛肉麵,雖然湯頭看起來很厚很濃,但容易中午吃完,下午打嗝還有那個紅燒味(懂得都懂).....沒有然後了,因為牛肉麵除了湯,一口都吃到(小怒) 還好有滿桌小菜撫慰我的心靈,種類選項多,所以也只有依照喜好點了我們比較偏愛的:涼拌海帶絲,涼拌小黃瓜,日式蔬菜沙拉,花生,豬耳朵,燙地瓜葉....還有一碗蔥豬油拌飯 跟麻辣豆腐♥ 關於蔥豬油拌飯,在這邊會提到,是因為個人因素,本人喜愛湯拌飯吃(不浪費湯頭),但飯有讓我驚訝一下,因為拌飯用了豬油與醬油膏,對,就是那種古早味的醬油膏,吃這樣的古早味豬油拌飯,有一個秘訣,就是趁飯熱,把它們均勻攪拌,確保每個飯粒都有豬油跟醬油膏沾到,唯一的遺憾是沒有來顆半熟蛋? 整體而言,是會再次回訪的店,如果一直品質不變,可能會吃成老店。

小北商圈新展店 裝潢明亮 用餐環境乾淨舒適 份量足夠 湯頭濃郁 牛肉很大塊 (有嚼勁不是軟嫩的 不喜此口感請三思) 單價略高但尚可接受 但生小黃瓜+甜醬+柴魚片 吃起來真的很南部口味 偏甜 個人不是很喜歡這道小菜 有機會還會再回訪 ?

之前在安平喜歡的牛肉麵店新開分店 因為吃過清燉湯頭 這次嘗試紅燒看看 湯頭鮮甜順口,但我個人還是更愛清燉一些 燙青菜CP值很高,$40一大盤 鱈魚肝其實也很好吃 處處用心的一家店
