這周三去參加了體驗的課程,剛進去這間有給人一種舒服的感覺,櫃檯也很親切的引導我介紹環境,這天帶我健身教練Kyle,有跟我稍微面談瞭解我的身體狀況,猶豫我手腕附近也曾經開過刀,我也把我手的狀況告訴了他,他也很認真的跟我討論一下我受傷的一些狀況還有身體上有哪裡有不適,或是一些老毛病,以及常做的運動之類的,進而瞭解我的身體狀況,去擬定課程,這點是我非常滿意的。 上課的時候教練都會細心的引導學員,從一些基本的身體所能做到的動作開始看看身體是否能正常的伸展,再來就是暖身,在過程中他會發現我身體的一些隱藏性問題,因為我本身工作是常常要久站的,他會在過程中慢慢引導我去調整我的站姿,去分擔我身體的一個重心,這點是我覺得非常好的,因為我的腿經常很緊繃,無法放鬆,他會引導我去做一些暖身,還有一些上部姿勢的暖身動作他也會去細心的引導,而且我那時候手開刀玩也沒什麼力氣,照著教練的引導一步一步來,我會發現,雖然前面的暖身我之前開刀的手已經消耗了部分的力氣,但是他會馬上的根據我當下的狀況,立刻調整,我覺得非常OK。 我覺得這次的體驗感覺非常的好,因為教練很重視學院的身體狀況,適時的做調整,這點真的很讓人心動,而且也確實有舒緩到我的腿那邊,然後上肢的只要有關我手的動作也對我的肌力恢復和復建很有幫助,真的非常值得推薦。

He would guide me to do some warm-ups, and some warm-ups in the upper posture, he would also guide me carefully, and I didn’t have much strength to play with the knife at that time, following the coach’s guidance. Step by step, I will find that although the hand I used to perform the surgery in the front warm-up has consumed part of my strength, he will immediately adjust according to my current situation. I think it is very OK. I think this experience feels very good, because the coach attaches great importance to the physical condition of the college and makes timely adjustments. This is really exciting, and it does relieve to my legs, and then the upper limbs are only relevant. The movement of my hands is also very helpful for my muscle strength recovery and reconstruction, and it is really very recommended.
