★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 台南の暑い時期に冷麺(涼麵)に助けられています。市内にたくさん冷麺のお店ありますが、ここは他となにが違うかといえば、トッピングの具材によって冷麺のメニューがさまざまあることと、スープにニンニク感がないことです。
個人的に、口に残りすぎるほどのニンニクは苦手なので、逆にその感じがないここの冷麺はサラリと食べれて美味しいです。麺の茹で加減もまずまずです。
店頭メニュー表より注文のうえ、食後支払いです。ほかの冷麺だと、府前路の二空も、おいしいです。この二空のスープは、ほどほどにニンニク感あじわえます。
I have been helped by cold noodles during the hot season of Tainan. There are many cold noodle shops in the city, but what makes this place different is that there are various cold noodle menus depending on the ingredients of the toppings, and the soup has no garlic feeling.
Personally, I don't like garlic too much in my mouth, so on the contrary, this cold noodle without that feeling is delicious to eat with salari. The boiling of the noodles is reasonable.
After ordering from the store menu table, it is paid after meals. When it comes to other cold noodles, the two empty spaces on Fuzen-ro are also delicious. This soup of two empty garlic feels moderately.
