Customers have been standing at the counter for so long, and there is no clerk to receive them. Well, assuming you can't accept this customer, can you come and let me know, so everyone inside pretends not to hear or see what it is. I don't know how you train your employees, and you don't even know the basics of hospitality. It's really dumbfounding!
