★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 東西確實是店家自製,不過蔥餅竟然是事先煎好放涼等客人來再加熱,這樣做就導致蔥餅變的太乾,雖然可以理解是為了應付人多時的做法,但對於想吃現做的人就讓期待落空;蘿蔔糕還好;蛋餅是粉漿蛋餅,所以是現做,有維持住期待;豆漿紅茶很清爽。

吃到這類型加很多葱的,不禁會想到同樣在勝利路上的早餐"葱餅",一個是扁捲形,一個是燒餅形,各有巧妙。
這兒,葱很多,但都黃了,為了捲皮很薄,接近餃子皮厚度,可能也筋性較高,口感少了麵團味,只剩薄薄像有點韌的皮,雖然葱多,可是黃了味也跑了。
豆漿在水準,可是叫熱的(溫的),店家當場用冰豆漿套熱豆漿,比例沒抓準,一下變不熱卻接近涼的豆漿,喝起來怪怪的。
至於價格算較高,環境新,油煙有點。
另外提一下,捲形葱餅離開台南,在北部30多年前就有,那兒的皮不會過薄,因此不能說這是新創(附一張北部的供參考$35)。
