The first time I saw the reception center of a pre-sale house directly hired a dessert chef to make cakes and desserts on the spot~ it was quite delicious

The reception lady has a very poor service attitude. It is understandable that there are not many information that can be introduced yet, but it does not need to be like a quarrel with the guests! She would keep asking her budget, and she would choke that even if she had a favorite, she wouldn't be able to buy it if her pockets weren't deep enough. Just type the information here, and those who are interested can refer to it without being angry with the young lady. There are 24 floors above ground and 4 floors underground. Building A has four households on the first floor, two elevators, two four bedrooms facing Ximen Road, two with three bedrooms; Building B has eight households on the first floor, three elevators, two households with three bedrooms, two small households with three bedrooms, and four households with two bedrooms. The price and the builder will only know in mid-April that the estimated asking price will fall between 340,000 and 360,000 per ping (no mention of which floor is the asking price). The estimated parking space is 1.5-1.7 million, and there are parking spaces reserved for charging piles.

I have never been to such a quality reception center, there is a Porsche at the door, so handsome!
