奇怪的公司制度（自己上去VS櫃檯人員從樓上下去一樓接你上去？哪裡有差？速度變慢而已
人力不足還搞這個？不知道在幹嘛？
上來樓上還一堆人在排隊！不是更群聚感染？
趕快讓客人自己上去辦一辦自己下去不就好了？
來回浪費時間造成業務量累積做不來，帶更多人在樓上櫃檯群聚！

因為保單要好幾個月才會收到
客服讓客戶等了快一個鐘頭
要打電話去問公司是不是要倒了才會幫你再寄一次
（已連打了10天）
素質低劣到可悲的地步
今天是110年8月12日
保單依舊沒收到
寄平信也應該收到
至電給客服
客服說保單已經於7月中寄出
再跟我確認地址後再用掛號寄出
三、四天應可收到
客人阿
