★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 很台南在地味道，甜甜的乾炒起來真的香味十足，吃了一口還想繼續在吃，真的很讚，湯喝起來麻油腰只很夠味，滿滿的麻油味，身體暖呼呼起來，腰只很脆，下次有去一定會再去吃???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 環境乾凈，味道尙可(實在吃不出來偏甜或偏酸)，份量少，魚片偏小，還是習慣吃—級戰區美食街的炒鱔魚。

鍋氣有！炒功不錯,但是調味偏淡！不酸不甜~還添了胡椒粉？不習慣~
鱔魚肉偏細（約1.5公分寬）！所以份量就感覺少了些~
