Wandering in the ancient alleys like a maze, savoring the southern Fujian-style red brick buildings and the unique mini courtyards in Anping, it seems like going back in time. The ancient homes left behind are gradually decreasing. I hope that these ancient homes will be preserved in the future, so that future generations will remember the years of Anping.

There are various kinds of potted plants outside the red brick houses in the alley, and they are immediately full of vitality. Although most of them are residential houses, a few hand-made art workshops have the finishing touch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 只要去台南我最討厭逛的地方就是安平，每每假日都是人，今天從民宿check out ，這週天氣又不美麗，感覺安平沒以往這麼擁擠就慢慢走進巷弄裡，於是發現新大陸，從古宅尋找劍獅的踪跡…最特別還在寬度不到40公分無尾巷尋找到神祕的劍獅呀！
「劍獅」是台南市安平地區民宅特有的避邪物，從清朝到日據時代，安平家家戶戶都有劍獅，我今天找到多少呢？其實不重要，重要的是了解安平的在地文化。
As long as I go to Tainan, the place I hate to visit is Anping. Every holiday is a person. I checked out from the bed and breakfast today. The weather this week is not beautiful. I feel that Anping has slowly entered the alley all the way. Look for the sword lion from the ancient house ... The most special is to find the mysterious sword lion in Wuwei Lane, which is less than 40 cm in width!
"Sword Lion" is a unique evil ward from the houses in Anping District of Tainan City. From the Qing Dynasty to the Japanese occupation era, every household in Anping had sword lions. How many I found today? In fact, it is not important. It is important to understand the local culture of Anping.
