比較像是給短期租屋需求的人使用的住宿(長短期)，
出入的人比較複雜、若您不介意充滿煙味以及到處都是小蟑螂了話可以考慮看看~
除了月租金還需要水費120/月、電費一度5.5元外加130公共電費、MOD網路費用300元、住宿未滿6個月另需支付500元清潔費。
優點大概是房東太太先生很阿莎力~退房不會囉嗦~垃圾他們會幫忙清運不用等垃圾車~有電梯~但樓梯沒有設置安全進出的設施~隨便的人都可以直接走樓梯上樓!!
以上，給需要的人參考囉~
