安平觀音亭 - Anping District

Anping Guanyin Pavilion is located in Anping District, Tainan City, Taiwan. It is one of the four great temples in Anping. It is the main Guanyin Bodhisattva. It was made by Anping fishermen from the original hometown of mainland China, but there is also a saying that Anping residents were in the 18th year of Ming Wanli ( In 1590, the statue of Guanyin brought by the huts was built. The construction of the temple began in the sixth year of Qing Daoguang (1826), and it was also said that it was the 18th year of Wanli in the Ming Dynasty (1590), but it was certain that it was rebuilt in the Qing Dynasty and the Japanese rule. As for its appearance, it was rebuilt in 1975 (in 1986) due to the widening of the road. It was completed in the 81st year of the Republic of China (1992). Although the Guanyin Pavilion has been changed to a reinforced concrete structure, the layout of the space still retains the planning of the Baiting, Sanchuan Hall, the worship hall, the main hall, and many ancient plaques. The main hall is dedicated to the Guanyin Bodhisattva, and the left and right are accompanying the gods of the gods and the heavens, and the front is the garland and the guardian of Wei.

I have been here a few times and I feel very comfortable for healing. The Anping Old Street is nearby. Many buildings are decorated with Anping sword lions. There are also many delicacies, such as shrimp cakes and Anping bean curd. I want to experience Tainan's religion and food. Culture can come here for a walk~^^
