民居的管家主人是第三代的歐惠芳小姐
老闆娘很熱情親切、賓至如歸。有幸親聞其述說台窩灣的歷史，台窩灣是安平的舊稱，歐家將整修好的祖厝再利用為台窩灣民居，提供旅客休憩的處所。
台窩灣民居年久失修，委由台南藝術大學接手修復，民居的屋頂磚瓦也是請窯廠再燒製重鋪的，歐氏家族煞費苦心，終於台窩灣重現昔日風華。

The housekeeper is the third-generation Miss Ou Huifang
The lady is very warm and welcoming. I was fortunate to hear the history of Taiwo Bay. Taiwo Bay is the old name of Anping. The Ou family reused the rebuilt ancestral dwellings as Taiwowan dwellings and provided a place for tourists to rest.
Taiwowan residential houses were in disrepair for a long time and were entrusted to be repaired by Tainan University of the Arts. The roof tiles of the houses were also re-burned and rebuilt in the kiln factory.
