服務跟態度真的非常專業而且很親切❤️看到下則被奧客這樣留言真的抹煞設計師跟助理們的用心! 什麼樣的客人會遭受什麼樣的對待,怎麼不說妳花200元頭皮癢了30分鐘每次都對設計師跟助理們言詞上的刻薄跟刁難呢?好險我有遇過頭皮這麼癢的大姐好多次才能幫服務這麼好的店家說幾句話,而且還批評胖還是什麼的,說真的還是回家好好照照鏡子看看自己吧,洗個頭又不是多大的消費不用評斷誰的身材與否,倒不如還是盡早去皮膚科就醫看看頭皮有沒有什麼樣的過敏問題比較實在唷?貴店的素質也很難服務毛這麼多的大嬸,要留給值得服務的客人才是。才不會辜負麗髮型長久培養建立起來的信譽及專業度這麼高的設計師。明明知道忙了一天的設計師們幾點下班,總愛挑人家快下班的時間才要去洗頭,到底是妳有問題還是店家有問題大家自有公斷呀?現在安平區也有營業時間較晚的店家其實您真的可以多參考而不是來為難別人當奧客發負評啦^_^只是看得到妳素質有多低而已?我只是個在麗髮型消費長達數十年的客人~絕對不是店內的員工唷?

載完小孩補習要去洗個頭, 麗髮型-華平店兩個老鳥女設計師(一胖一高)外加一個高姿態助理聯合耍我,我平常指定的設計師跟店長都剛好休假,剩兩隻老鳥當道,聯合一個白目女助理,先讓我乾等呆坐10幾分鐘(當下只剩一個客人)最後助理出面當槍使來跟我說我慣用的兩位設計師都休假,那我頭髮要給誰弄,我只好指了高的那位(因為胖的那位之前因為講話態度已經讓我不爽,被我列入拒絕名單),這時白目助理一副就是要趕人的姿態跟我講 「她等下也沒空」 我瞬間怒火起來了 「所以呢?」 她說 「所以今天沒人可以幫你洗」! 我更火了 「你們明知道那兩位設計師沒來,若一開始不想接,可以直接跟我說他們都休假,我就會直接走人!你們讓我在這邊乾等這麼久才來給我玩這招,是故意的吧?」 她一副擺明就是跟我說「對啊」 「反正現在就是沒人可以幫你洗啊」 我叫她找可以做主的出來跟我講,這位了不得的助理居然跟我講現在就是她能處理(好大的助理威啊)! 我當下實在是氣得發抖,沒見過這麼高姿態的店家員工!要不是我認識她們副理,我還真會誤會到底是什麼樣的老闆能培養出這種服務素質這麼差的員工!我立刻打電話到他們另家分店找他們副理理論!電話另一頭她是一直道歉(她知道我是誰),也叫我到她們另一家店讓他們繼續服務,她說這兩位設計師老鳥久了,得再教育教育了,還有助理! 講這麼多,我要強調的就是 在安平,大家要洗頭,千萬別再去 @麗髮型華平店,就算去也千萬別找這兩位一胖一高女設計師,助理更是服務態度差勁到極點!萬一真的不小心去洗,千萬別批評她們,因為他們會給妳點名做記號,以後去洗頭都要看他們臉色高興才願意接客,還有也千萬別超過7點去,因為他們是公務人員,都準時下班的!只要店長跟副理不在,他們就會推掉會影響他們下班的客人!(老闆真佛心,這種人還繼續用) 最後,對於給他們的評價,就是差評到極點! 很抱歉波及到店長跟副理,但是他們真的太爛了! 惡劣的設計師跟助理這樣搞客人 ,真的非常猛!

偶爾會在這邊洗頭 有儲值也有買卡 之前都給一位短髮女生洗頭也都很不錯 單純針對今天的狀況給出負評 由於過年期間也想說美容美髮業一定繁忙 所以先訊息給該店家詢問是否需要預約 那也得到貴店的回覆不用預約 到現場卻乾等了約半小時 也沒有任何人員先告知可能需要等待 途中詢問仍繼續等待 直接找一位設計師詢問對方感覺也不太想處理 最後沒有消費到就離開了 忙碌可以理解,但客人的時間也是時間 事先告知可能需要等待很久,讓客人好安排 如果無法負荷就不應該再接客人 浪費彼此時間非常過分 ------ 補回店家 你們訊息回覆沒有講清楚是不接受預約 會讓客人誤會是不用預約 就是雙方溝通誤會可以理解 現場狀況相信你們也都很清楚 從一開始進去也沒有人想處理等待的客人 隨便一個人講一下可能要等,可能十分鐘以上,甚至三十分鐘以上,讓客人自己評估跟選擇 其實以前去的時候就有這種狀況 之前剛好去的時間不是那麼忙碌很快就可以排到 現場超過設計師可以負擔的人數就要衡量 不然設計師也忙不過來
