★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 橡欣樓位於安平港歷史風貌園區，前身是聯勤兵工廠軍用倉庫，CE 2008年移交市府管理後積極進行整體規劃，欲將其改造為旅遊服務中心，惜因歷經波折，導致多年來蒙受蚊子館汙名，幾經檢討調整，深緣及水以公私協力方式取得經營權，整建工程即將於近期正式完工，料將成為安平新地標，預計將於CE 2023年農曆年前投入營運。
Oak Xin Building is located in the historical park of Anping Port. It was formerly the military warehouse of the Joint Logistics Arsenal. After CE was handed over to the city government in 2008, it actively carried out overall planning and planned to transform it into a tourist service center. The stigma of the museum, after several reviews and adjustments, Shenyuan and Shui obtained the management right through public-private cooperation. The renovation project will be officially completed in the near future, and it is expected to become a new landmark in Anping. It is expected to be put into operation before CE 2023.
