老闆娘有解釋製作麵條原本的九母魚沒原料，所以目前是以旗魚下去製作的，口感上有差，是否還要？當然還是要吃的，但不得不說，還真的是有差，改天再試試看別家囉~

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天發現安平區有一家汕頭魚麵店，隱藏在建平七街住宅區的巷弄中。手工魚麵、魚餃和魚冊，這些都是用魚漿製作而成的，沒有膽固醇，營養價值高，是台南特有的美食喔！由於手工製作十分繁複，很多老店都沒賣了，能在這家再次吃到，真的覺得很感動！推薦這道給所有的朋友們，有空可以去嚐嚐看喔！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 第一回進入五期重劃區找中餐，東看西找看中這一家，就決定嘗試看看吧！第一次上門，就先點了魚酥肉燥飯，再來一碗意麵，擱來一碗綜合湯，切了一些滷味，大致上口味都很不錯，只是用餐環境太窄小。
