★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 安平老店好吃的乾麵，豆干很不一樣一般外面豆干都是一小塊，但是他的豆干是一整片薄片切絲，我最愛這道小菜外面比較少人賣，來安平逛街可以來吃吃 ，在地人大推 ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 老闆娘是聾啞人士！這間麵地點不好找可從平生路上的三靈殿旁進入巷弄内右邊！ 傳統古早麵 湯底偏鹹！ 滷味算好吃但價位偏高！ 辣椒醬看起來很好吃但一樣偏鹹！ 室內有冷氣夏天來可以很讚！ 用餐環境算衛生！
The lady boss is deaf! The location of this noodle is not easy to find, but you can enter the alley on the right side from the Sanling Hall on Pingsheng Road! Traditional ancient noodles soup base is too salty! Luwei is delicious but the price is on the high side! The chili sauce looks delicious but just as salty! It's great to have air-conditioning indoors in summer! The dining environment is hygienic!

整間店是由聾啞人士所營運的，店內也沒有一般小吃店常會有的電視或收音機，就是安安靜靜地和親朋好友來吃頓飯，上餐時老闆都會比一個大拇指（或是手語的謝謝）用完餐之後老闆會用手勢比出餐點的費用。非常開心有機會來支持弱勢團體開設的餐廳。
Typical Taiwanese noodle shop operated by People with difficulties. No music or TV in the restaurant, the staff were communicating with hand gestures.
At the end of the meal you will know the cost with hand gestures showed by the boss. I don’t think is foreigner friendly eatery as menu is showed only in Mandarin.
A slightly famous noodle shop in Anping area.
The whole store is run by deaf people, and there is no TV or radio that is often found in snack bars. It is a quiet meal with relatives and friends, and the boss will be more than a thumb (or Thank you in sign language) After the meal, the boss will use gestures to compare the cost of the meal. Very happy to have the opportunity to support the restaurant opened by disadvantaged groups.
