★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 蝦目餃很讓人驚艷，入口滿滿蝦味，比台南很多知名小吃還值得一訪，環境清潔，但老闆有點酷，微笑會更親切！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 海老の水餃を目当てに訪問。麻醬麵とともにいただきました。店内、他のお客さんもだいたい海老の水餃を頼んでいるのを見て、やはりこちらのお店のウリなのだとわかります。
餡は少しすりつぶした感じの海老と、つなぎの肉、それからおそらくセロリが少し加えられています。一口サイズ大で、餡は正直そこまで特別うまいとは感じませんでしたが、手作りと思われる皮はもちもちで美味しい。また麻醬麵も、麻醬のトロトロ感と濃さがちょうどいい塩梅で、麺によく絡む。その麺もかなりコシがあってうまい。どちらかというと水餃より、麻醬麵のほうが印象に残りました。
店内各テーブルにある注文票をつかって、店頭厨房にて店員さんに渡します。料金は食後支払い。海老の水餃だったら、個人的には東安路の家郷園がオススメです。
Visited for shrimp dumplings. I had it with Mapo An. You can see that other customers in the store are also ordering shrimp dumplings, so you can tell that they are the cucumber here.
The bean paste is a bit shredded with shrimp, the meat of the flesh and perhaps a little celery. The bite size was large, and the bean paste wasn't really that special, but the skin that seems to be homemade is sticky and delicious. In addition, Ma-Mi-an is a salt plum that has the perfect texture and thickness of Ma-Mi, and is often entwined with noodles. The noodles are also very chewy and delicious. If anything, I had a better impression of mamu-an than gyoza.
Use the order form at each table in the store and give it to the clerk at the store kitchen. The fee is paid after meals. For shrimp dumplings, I personally recommend the hometown of Dong'an Road.

我是週三晚上大概7：20抵達，當時已經沒有牛肉麵和酸辣湯了。
我只點了一份陽春麵，普通的價格，普通的味道。
Suggest to eat early
I arrived at about 7:20 on Wednesday night. There were no beef noodles and hot and sour soup.
I only ordered a copy of Yangchun noodles, normal price, normal taste.
