（14號我問何時出貨，回覆：下週；
21號問禮拜幾出貨，回覆：下星期一二；
28號問出貨了沒，回覆：應該，還在包裝未送到公司）⋯⋯以上種種經歷，請深思。
If you want to get in touch, you must have a great EQ. At the beginning of the call, the customer service kept calling me to pass the line, but the line did not reply, and it took 7 days to leave a message and reply! (I also called 2 times in the middle of the process) I didn't read the information I sent. I kept asking about the font, and I typed it in the information. I didn't check the color. I even sent the wrong letter to ask me if I had any questions, and I sent the wrong information. Come on, the delivery time is still delayed
(On the 14th, I asked when it would ship, and the reply: next week;
On the 21st, I asked what day it would ship, and the reply: next Monday and Tuesday;
On the 28th, I asked if it was shipped, and the reply: Yes, it is still in the packaging and has not been delivered to the company)... All the above experiences, please think deeply.
