館內好聽稱教練
參差不齊
連基本學歷介紹都沒有
現在處處是健身房
值得大家多比較再決定

光線明亮，器材還算可以，業務講解仔細，教練專業細心，櫃檯服務熱心貼切，目前在台南算是很有家的感覺健身房，在二樓重訓完全是包場狀態，練到爽
不過美中不足的地方呢，器材可以稍微更新一下，有些把手用具生鏽破掉就算了，有些還直接消失，如果可以改善，相信會有更多人進來運動的！

單純從外觀來看非常新穎、漂亮、專業
一樓有專用的停車場
從停車位的使用狀況來看，早上的時段似乎沒有什麼人員在使用
翻了一下評論覺得店家對器材陳設、顧客反應好像比較慢？
有氧、跑步，可以就近利用建築物外面運河旁邊的步道、慶平公園來訓練就行
有機會想進館內去看看器材陳設、收費方式再決定
