★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 古魯米（クルミ）という素敵なパン屋さんがあったのですが、
2018.12ころに閉店してしまったようです。
ちょっとお高いけれども、ハード系のパンがとても好きでした。
素材など質が高い感じで、おいしいパンでした。
市政府の前にあり、お金持ちなマダムたちに支持されていた印象のあるパン屋さんでした。
オーナーさんは燃え尽きてしまったのでしょうか。残念です。
今は、別の方が場所を引き継いでパン屋さんをやっているそうです。
比比熊というお店になっているそうです。
クチコミによると、クルミ時代のプリンは引き継いで売っているそうですよ。
個人的には、ミスチルの「くるみ」と結び付けて
脳内でお店の素敵さかつパンの美味しい思い出とともに
きれいな状態で保存している、そんなお店です。
台南の美食を愛していますが、このように
閉店してしまうお店も星の数あるところは、
いつも残念に思っています。
