以沙茶、蝦米為湯底，跟小時候吃傳統沙茶鍋的印象相比，口味比較清淡一點。
肉片和海鮮都好吃，大白菜比高麗菜適合，另外推薦手工魚餃。

下次會想要單點看看，感覺會比較能吃到自己想吃的東西

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 原本要到慶平路吃沙茶爐，因為沒訂位要等很久，隨即Google地圖來到這裡；出餐前店家先送上一杯很好喝的冰飲，接著火鍋也上桌了，從飲料到火鍋湯底及食材可以看出店家的極用心，價格親民，服務很好，值得按讚?，好吃的東西值得被推薦，因為喜歡吃火鍋，一定會再來

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 第一次來，老闆服務親切，店內很乾淨！！自助的醬料區域也保持的很乾淨，真的很少沙茶爐店環境那麼好的….可見老闆很注重衛生。沙茶也有獨特的風味，單點的手工魚餃魚冊跟虱目魚丸也都很好吃，飲料是桑椹加金桔，很特別也很好喝！肉品質也很好，湯頭也很清爽～下次再來試試牛肉，今天點梅花肉不會太柴，份量也很足，推薦☺️整體五顆星！
