★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 走在延平老街上，提到市仔街何旺厝可說是無人不知無人不曉，是永豐餘創辦人何傳家族的祖厝，建於西元1920年，有著台灣屋的美名，也是現在的安平文化資產館，建築非常特殊，面寬非常狹窄，走上二樓需經過中間又小又陡的樓梯，所以進入參觀時要小心腳步，據說最高紀錄曾有一天8人走樓梯摔倒的紀錄，雖然是文化資產館，但仍是何家祖厝，因此進入內部不可拍照。
