先打電話訂餐，取餐時跟員工（阿姨）說有打電話，問我訂什麼，我唸完餐點後直接不理我，不知道邊碎唸什麼邊繼續做自己的事，我的餐點就放在櫃檯上，走過來結完帳我就可以直接離開，員工（阿姨）完全沒有要來結帳的意思，讓我等超久，有沒有打電話都要等請問先打電話訂餐的意義在哪？
