2018/2/3晚間去外帶薑母鴨,已告知不要頭、腳、脖子,年輕男老闆就說好,之後一位自以為了解我要的需求的老闆娘來接手,年輕男老闆也告知老闆娘說我不要脖子腳那些,老闆娘就不耐煩表情沒回答,就包一包要給我,我就說我還有麵線。 之後要結帳時,另年輕女老闆跟要跟我收錢時,我再次說不要頭、腳、脖子,還有湯要多一些,他就說沒有脖子那些。 回家打開竟然有腳跟脖子,"如果無法達到不要脖子、腳,那就直接說不可以就好",為何要我確認兩次後,回到家打開還是有脖子跟腳。
