 I ran to Tainan and suddenly wanted to eat oysters but I didn't want to eat too much, so I found this restaurant with oysters and scallions. It's delicious. You can call to make an appointment first or you have to wait~

抓餅一個約45-60元，份量大，我們4人買3份不同口味的回去分著吃，配點飲料就是很棒的下午茶了！
本來想買泡菜口味，但是泡菜早上就賣完了，生意很好。
鮮蚵蛋抓餅內有放玉米粒，不喜歡玉米的人注意一下。

Grab cake is about 45-60 yuan per piece, and the portion is large. The 4 of us bought 3 different flavors and went back and shared it. It is a great afternoon tea with some drinks!
Originally wanted to buy the kimchi flavor, but the kimchi was sold out in the morning and the business was good.
There are corn kernels in the fresh oyster and egg pancake. People who don't like corn should pay attention.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 經過必定會拜訪的店家，從舊址搬到新址之後感覺等待時間沒有以前那麼長了。附近路邊方便停車不必煩惱停車問題，店裡也有提供椅子給等候的客人，讓顧客不用久站。蚵仔煎餅是個人最喜歡的口味，早起還有提供浮誇的雙倍蚵仔讓人拍照，不過最近鮮看到顧客點了。蚵仔抓餅外皮口感酥脆層層分明，餅皮沒有油膩感，當天新鮮的小白菜讓抓餅多了一份清爽，蚵仔的部份個頭不小，肥美沒有腥味，熟度也掌握的恰到好處。裡面的胡椒、醬油膏、辣椒醬台南口味帶些甜度。整體而言是好吃的食物。

When I get up in the morning, there are also exaggerated double oysters for people to take pictures, but I rarely see customers order them recently. The crust of the oyster cake is crispy and layered. The crust is not greasy. The fresh cabbage that day gives the cake a refreshing. The part of the oyster is not small, plump and has no fishy taste, and the maturity is just right. The pepper, soy sauce paste, and chili sauce in Tainan taste some sweetness. Overall it is good food.
