電話訂餐已做錯兩次,第一:已清楚說哪些要加蛋哪些不加蛋,拿回去跟結帳的小姐說做錯了,非但連道歉都沒有,還怪我是電話沒講清楚,點餐錄音給她聽也不聽就態度不好的說要重做,到底是誰的問題? 第二:電話訂餐已說明生菜要改小黃瓜,也是做錯又重跑一趟,說她以為是不要小黃瓜,奇怪?到底是我沒講清楚還是妳沒聽清楚,一樣態度不佳的說要幫我換,還用拿錢找錢的手拿出裡面要吃的東西出來,我當下很想說我不要了,賣吃的衛生都沒在注意的,我回去只好把手摸過的撕掉再吃,超無言 做錯態度差又只會怪顧客沒講清楚,衛生也不顧,感覺極差
