★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 下午兩點多去到店裡買六份，預定要四點十分拿，原本十五分才要拿，就怕要拿時還沒做好，所以才預定四點十分， 結果十幾分到現場我的還沒做好，先做另外兩張熊貓的，那我兩點多就預定的意義在哪？
寧願早點做就算冷掉也要讓客人準時拿到，而不是到現場還要等，店家不知道的是，客人之後是不是有重要的事要處理，不然他幹麻預定這個時間。
最後二十三分才拿到，四點半要上班整個遲到，本來想給一顆星，想到自己也是做餐飲行業，不想抹殺別人的辛勞，希望自己只是個案，不知道店家會不會看評論，如果會，請店家自己想想這樣的工作流程是不是有需要改進的地方。
I went to the store at two o'clock in the afternoon to buy six copies. It was scheduled to be picked up at 4:10. I was supposed to get it at 15:00. When I arrive at the scene, I haven't done it yet. I will make the other two pandas first. What's the point of making a reservation after two o'clock?
I would rather do it early and let the guests get it on time even if it gets cold, rather than having to wait at the scene. What the store owner doesn't know is whether the guest has something important to deal with later, otherwise he will book this time.
I only got the last 23 points, and I have to be late for work at 4:30. I originally wanted to give one star, thinking that I am also in the catering industry, I don’t want to obliterate other people’s hard work, I hope I am just a case, I wonder if the store will read the comments , if yes, please ask the store owner to think about whether there is any room for improvement in such a workflow.
