清燉牛肉麵是清湯掛麵的味道，蠻適合吃清淡的；麵是扁白麵，煮的蠻剛好的；湯的主軸是微微的高湯+牛肉薄燙+酸菜，蠻乾淨的。
炒青菜感覺有用牛油，蠻香的清脆。
始終喜歡燴飯、肉燥飯?
