The attitude is really bad. The first time I asked to remove the ice, I left a pile of ice cubes. The second time I asked to remove the ice and reminded me to remove the ice completely.
Clerk: To go to the ice is to completely go to the ice, okay?
Me: Last time I was going to ice, you still left a pile of ice cubes. I just reminded you that it was like this before?
