防疫期間比別人慢就算了,兩個禮拜前別間公司就已經有防疫站了,兩個禮拜後才開始說禁止群聚,盡量不要開會,結果勒,外勞直接都不當一回事,主管看到也都沒說什麼,椅子一張一個人的規定,外勞沒在鳥,直接坐地板喝酒喇勒,防疫期間剛開始的時候,都沒人在開會了,不過兩個禮拜後馬上就不同了,變成說因為其他廠區有繼續開會,所以就繼續開會,完全不管群聚的規定,即使公司一直講說有做好防疫措施,那也都是騙人的,只有發口罩,連量體溫也都是6/18才開始要量,然後就比比看是外勞先得還是台灣的先得了。 就一直開會啊,每次都是7人以上,這樣可以檢舉嗎??? 外勞坐地板也都沒有勸啊,甚至是學生宿舍下煮東西,至少一桌都3~6個人,重點是口罩只有罩住嘴巴,鼻子就像裝飾一樣,也都沒人在管那些的,除非有人得,不然不會認真看待這次疫情的,然後我打這些文,主管也絕對都不會看,還是一樣,群聚的群聚,喝酒的喝酒,然後有人得,再延後兩個禮拜發布消息,真的是在比爛餒! 最後消息:說有保密協議,不准說公司壞話,不准做一大堆有的沒有的事,明明說好不強迫加班,結果今天馬上跟我說我的考績會降級,因為我都不加班,而且常常請假,我那時明明只有請3天而已,而且這個月也才請一天的病假而已,馬上就跟我說我請太多了,我整個會傻掉!

在公司確診,沒有SOP就算了,還趕出宿舍,自行回到原縣市的住家檢疫隔離,你們貴司還真好啊,那麼大的公司沒有職安人員或健康管理員嗎?
