★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 兩年前中風的父親需要聘僱外籍看護，當時找上了萬通協助我們打理父親的一切生活大小事，派來的印尼看護也十分盡責努力，與新聞中看到外籍移工逃跑、虐待老人的印象完全連不上，也因為萬通以及照顧父親的看護，讓家人可以沒有後顧之憂的繼續維持家庭的收入，雖然因為父親今年過世，我們中止了與萬通的緣分，但還是想特別上來5星好評感謝再感謝。

幸好初次見面仲介有帶一位專業翻譯全程陪同，
也有提供一些溝通方式給我們參考，
但如果看護本身的中文程度能提升到日常講話流暢就更好了。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 是我們運氣好遇到好的員工跟客服嗎？？？
我們從沒申請過外籍看護，很多事情都一竅不通
但客服跟後來派來服務我們的業務根本是天使
不但願意聽我們說話，還協助我們解決好多問題
跟朋友分享的負面經驗完全不一樣，改變我們好多印象
Are we lucky to meet good staff and customer service? ? ?
We have never applied for a foreign caregiver and know nothing about many things
But the customer service and the business that was sent to serve us are angels at all
Not only willing to listen to us, but also help us solve many problems
Negative experiences shared with friends are completely different, changing many of our impressions
