雖然看大家評價不怎麼好 但是親身經驗兩次 用熊貓外送 又快又準時,餐點還是熱的 坦白講已經很不容易了 沒吃過現場,不多加評論 還是要說聲辛苦了!

點了熊貓等了一個半小時..打電話想知道如果真的是外送問題我真的可以等,但系統顯示餐點製作中,店家堅持是外送員問題,我詢問了外送平台,製作餐點中表示外送員真的未取餐點,店家想一昧的推給外送員,剛好打電話過去外送員取餐…店內人員卻一直說出去很久(不是事實),熊貓人員很委屈表達真的在現場等了50分鐘,店家會以現場客人優先,不是以點餐順序,這個平台跟很多外送人員求證過,然後致電希望改進或想了解狀況,老闆娘惱怒無法回覆後直接掛電話 各行各業都辛苦,尤其外送人員為什麼要背負這件事的責任,今天如果是外送流程卡單真的我願意包容,但事實不管現場或外送單都有先來後到的經營方式,不按照點餐順序,就很不妥
