有事千萬不要打電話，櫃檯事情還沒問完就掛電話，一點基本電話禮貌都沒有

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 去打疫苗，2位護士阿姨在櫃檯墊著病歷和表格在吃東西？？？都排一堆人等掛號還在吃？？？營業時間還當自己家嗎？我的同意書上還有油漬，真的夠傻眼有夠噁?
回家後還打電話叫我回去補掛號，我健保卡一進門就給了，自己沒掛到就還我，有夠兩光…
拜託工作場合和家裡分清楚，更何況是診所，還這麼隨便、粗心又沒衛生！
To get a vaccine, two nurses and aunts are eating with medical records and forms on the counter? ? ? Are there a bunch of people waiting for registration and still eating? ? ? Is it your own home during business hours? There are still oil stains on my consent form, which is really dumbfounded and evil enough ?
After I got home, I called me to go back and make up the registration. I gave my health insurance card as soon as I entered the door. If I didn’t get it, I would pay it back. I had enough...
Please make a clear distinction between work and home, not to mention the clinic, which is so casual, careless and unhygienic!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 藥師包藥很慢都等很久，可以改善藥師的包藥速度嗎？然後另外一位短頭髮護士，好像一天到晚都在做戲，講話幹嘛要裝那個聲音聽了好噁心好像自己真的很優秀，我還比較喜歡長頭髮的那位護士，都等她有班的時候才去看，她說話總是可以逗得大家哈哈大笑！
Pharmacists are very slow to pack medicines and have to wait for a long time. Can it be improved for pharmacists to pack medicines? Then another short-haired nurse seems to be acting all day long. Why do you have to pretend to speak in that voice? It sounds disgusting and seems to be really good. I prefer the long-haired nurse. I will wait for her to have a class. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這間診所是我們全家最信任的。醫生很有耐性。護士很專業。尤其那位長頭髮的護士是我們全家最愛指定給她打疫苗的，打針技術真的好到沒話說，根本不痛。
This clinic is the most trusted by our family. The doctor is very patient. The nurses are very professional. In particular, the long-haired nurse was our family's favorite to assign her the vaccine. The injection technique was so good that it didn't hurt at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 櫃檯阿姨好像自以為做很久，所謂的專業感完全沒感受到，我只是禮貌性的詢問看診狀況，這位櫃檯阿姨卻一副自以為的跟我說：看看這張健保卡，別人有在排隊了，你要看診就先放你的健保卡在櫃台上，等我叫號。然後櫃檯阿姨就很厲害的一邊處理電腦資料一邊跟病患聊日常。 所謂櫃檯小姐的專業素養我已在妳的身上看的很清楚了。
The auntie at the counter seemed to think she had been doing it for a long time, and she didn’t feel the so-called professionalism at all. I just asked the doctor politely, but the auntie at the counter said to me with a self-consciousness: look at this health insurance card, others have it. In the queue, if you want to see a doctor, put your health insurance card on the counter and wait for me to call. Then the auntie at the counter is very powerful while processing computer data and chatting with patients about daily life. I have seen the professionalism of the so-called counter lady very clearly in you.
