★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 個人認為在臺南地區數一數二的日料店，尤其海鮮的品質和處理，更是令人印象深刻，對於喜愛生魚片的朋友，這裡的魚肉都厚切的很誇張，吃起來超級滿足的，不太敢吃生食的朋友也沒關係，師傅炙燒的功力相當了得，剛剛好的熟度包覆著米飯，吃下去真的是入口即化的程度，今天點的菜色裡頭特別推薦炙燒比目魚、炙燒鮭魚腹、炙燒明蝦佐松露，推薦居住安南一帶德朋友可以來嚐嚐！
Personally, I think it is one of the best Japanese food restaurants in Tainan, especially the quality and handling of seafood, which is even more impressive. For those who love sashimi, the fish here is very thick and exaggerated, and it is super satisfying to eat. Friends who are too daring to eat raw food are fine. Grilled salmon belly, grilled prawns with truffles, I recommend German friends living in Annan area to come and try it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 價位一般，食材普通，全部吃完最有印象的料理是炒時蔬跟炸時蔬，生魚片丼飯有一半的魚肉中間的筋都太粗，有點難咬，單點的味噌湯不錯，30元可以喝到兩碗。其他壽司的飯量都偏太多，適合食量較大的人。
