馬上回去門市要退換，門市人員在櫃檯聽超過五分鐘，跟我說沒有，我又聽，還是有，店員又拿回去聽五分鐘，跟我說，聽這麼久只有背景音很像雜訊，要我回去再聽再錄音給他們，說沒辦法退換！雜訊是斷斷續續的，我怎麼會在第一次試聽就能錄到？
換了店員之後服務都變差勁了！等奶粉領完就不會再踏入了！
