滷味應該是鹽味滷包，色澤偏淡味道淡鹹，可以加店老闆的辣椒醬，它味道比較鹹，與滷味搭配，自己覺得讓口味升級，特別喜愛他們的白豆干（其實也蠻像百業豆腐），每次去總是切上個數個，滷味品項雖不多卻每個都可以切來吃（鴨頭就因人而異）。
店家的麵（或米粉）搭配滷味就是傳統吃法的好吃，口味是自己喜歡的，否則怎麼一吃就超過十年以上的時間了……
