★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 醫師很親切也很有耐心，但是我只給兩顆星，是因為櫃檯的護理人員態度與口氣不好。
只是先打電話詢問一下，領藥需要自費嗎? 就被這樣對待。我也只是以防竄一白跑一趟，造成彼此的困擾而已，就這樣被對待，實屬不解。
診所前台人員，除了需要具備專業醫療資訊以外，也需要具備一定情商，才可以面對病患與家屬的情緒，這部分真的有待加強。
