打過去問為什麼明明發出來的公文說垃圾車會停在圖書館這，結果等了好幾次都沒停直接開過，結果給我的答案是我的問題？圖書館公休？（明明就看到有人在進出）我去錯地方？（我直接跟他說我停在哪裡了）還說是方便給其他人丟的？（那這個其他人到底是誰？）
