1. 藥品完全沒拆封, 不能退貨 => 我事後查法規完全沒有此規定(店家還很強調規定就是這樣), 或許這是你們家自己的規定, 有要買藥品的自己注意囉~
2. 我買一般成藥, 店家不開發票(店家說他們可以不用開) => 這根本違法, 我又不是拿處方箋

1. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 前幾天向藥師說明自己尿道感染，並說明之前就有過這樣的狀況，以及症狀如何。吃了兩天的藥後，發覺沒有什麼效果，疼痛的時間反而越拉越長，於是今天去家醫科診所，並拿本藥局的藥給醫師看，醫師說，藥袋中的4顆藥，其中只有1顆可以減少我的疼痛感，且藥局並沒有開立抗生素給我服用。我想詢問，之前我也有過婦女病的經驗，通常也都會給予抗生素，沒想到本藥局只開了一般的消炎藥+尿道放鬆的藥，導致我疼痛到無法上班，只能請假扣薪再忍痛去診所就醫，我真的非常疑惑呢，怎麼在藥局店面上賣「石虎蛋?」（還有其他的食品），但在藥局本業的部分，卻讓病患越吃越痛呢？
