The service is super good! The boss is nice and professional! The price is real. The toilet at home was suddenly blocked and unable to be used. The boss rushed to deal with it urgently after receiving a call at 7 or 8 in the evening. It was fast and clean! No need to compare other rooms, highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 非常糟糕，明明說晚上六點要來修理水管，等到晚上快九點一通電話也沒有，最後才告訴我師傅沒接電話，所以應該要客戶白白在家等一個晚上澡也不能洗，不能來也不說，當消費者是傻子嗎？

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 下午3點詢問能否於晚上7點時檢查管線問題，因為較臨時，所以師傅不方便也完全可以理解，結果接電話的小姐說沒問題，地址時間都確認完成後，跟我說這樣就好，事後也沒有再聯絡說取消的情況，到了晚上7點打過去詢問後，預約的小姐說聯絡不到師傅，我説沒關係我可以等，又過了15分鐘再打一通，説還是聯絡不到，我說師傅在路上了嗎？如果有事還沒出門先不用沒關係，小姐卻跟我說：沒有那麼準時的啦，我再聯絡看看，到了7:30打來跟我說，師傅下午沒收到訊息，已經去處理其他事情了，問我要不要直接找其他公司比較快。糟糕到不行的經驗，電話無法直接聯絡到師傅，跟通話的小姐詢問師傅電話也不給，我不懂多一個中間人傳話的意義在哪？沒效率又不負責，一顆星都嫌多
