★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 檸檬塔令人驚豔，蠻訝異在台南永康也能吃到這麼好吃的。跟老闆娘聊過後，知道他們都是使用在地食材，老闆娘以前開過西餐廳，對材料很用心。
個人感想，塔皮沒有油耗味，夠酥脆，檸檬餡口感滑順，蠻細膩輕盈的，酸度甜度都剛好，不會像有的店吃起來有詭異的Q彈感。
 The lemon tower is amazing, and I am surprised to see that it is so delicious in Tainan Yongkang. After talking with the boss, I know that they are all using local ingredients. The proprietress used to open a western restaurant and was very careful about the materials.
Personal feelings, Tapi has no fuel consumption, crisp enough, lemon filling taste smooth, pretty delicate and light, acidity and sweetness are just right, not like some stores have a strange Q feel.
