今天點小碗加蛋$40 品項只有大/小碗(8/5顆粿)、加蛋 跟我想像的有一點落差 粿本身只有粉漿製成 肉末很少的散落在醬料中 所以單吃粿本身會沒有味道 口感很像蚵仔煎的皮XD 醬料比較有記憶點 但其實跟蚵仔煎的醬很類似 但是會有很多蔥配料 我有說加一點點的辣 但完全沒有辣的感覺 現場只有2位老闆分別站在煎台兩側 點餐請直接跟站在煎台前背對馬路外面的老闆 拿取號碼牌等待叫號再點餐 內用的話也是用外帶碗裝 今天因為帶塑膠餐盒出門 所以就沒有特別問店家是否可自備餐具了 不過內用有提供鐵湯匙可以使用 環境部分就是路邊小吃攤 所以不用期望會有多一塵不染 至少食物裡沒有異物 桌面不算凌亂 但饕客們要注意自己的垃圾 要拿到餐檯後方的小水桶裡“自己”回收

以往在台南都是吃乾煎的肉粿,這間則是做濕式的,粿本身未摻雜碎肉,油蔥等佐料,而是純粹的米粿,煎完後再淋上大量醬汁,醬汁內有碎魚塊,醬汁調的很好與粿很搭,粿咬起來偏軟,大,小份加蛋分別為60,50元,以食物成分的角度來看純澱粉這個價位稍嫌偏貴,但粿口味很好,女友推薦不辣,說不辣的口味非常喜歡,來台南旅遊推薦大家可以試試。

店家前面好停車,只開到中午,如果提早賣完就會先收攤,有內用區但因疫情暫不開放,粿Q彈不黏牙,肉屑也新鮮好吃,芶芡的剛剛好,還會有一顆煎蛋,配上他們的醬料真的是好吃,連湯汁都喝光 配料會一次全部加好,如果不吃辣可以先告知店員 有看別人有po滷味,但我只看到只賣肉粿,不知道是不是因為疫情的關係,所以沒賣滷味
